I couldn't figure it out. In wet weather or high humidity 'Blush Noisette' does ball. I was sort of assuming it was just rubbing against something wet, but you're right. It's just the weather. In that case, it's not going to be happy in our neck of the woods. That's very strange because the Noisettes were invented in Charleston, which is just as soggy as we are. mss: YES.
